Toddler Meal Idea #1: Rice Cake Pizza + Corn on the Cob + Avocado

For the rice cake pizza, use a thin no-salt rice cake like Suzie’s Brand. Top with tomato sauce or pizza sauce. Sprinkle cheese and then microwave until melted.

This corn on the cob is from the freezer section at Target. It makes for an easy addition to any meal since it's pre-cut into a nice size for the palm of my son's hand. Bonus that it doesn't take long to heat up!

Easy Toddler Meal #2: Broccoli Littles + Shredded Cheese + Sliced Banana

We like these dr. Praeger's broccoli littles as an easy freezer option to have on hand. The ingredient list is short and there are 0g of added sugars.

Toddler Lunch Idea #3: Turkey Pinwheels + Sliced Cherry Tomatoes + Raspberries

Pinwheels like this are an easy toddler lunch option. Choose a shell like Mission Foods Organic, add in your meat and a thin slice of cheese. You can also add in mayo or mustard, if you like. Then roll up the shell and slice them thin to get the pinwheel look.

Toddler Meal Idea #4: Tuna Salad w/Bell Peppers, Feta Cheese + Cucumber + Red Pepper Hummus

Crack a can of tuna (like Safe Catch Wild Tuna), mix in some mayo and diced red pepper then top with feta cheese for this easy toddler lunch tuna salad.

Toddler Lunch Idea #5: Mac n' Cheese + Sliced Tomatoes + Sautéed Peppers and Onions

An easy toddler lunch using Annie's Gluten Free Macaroni and Cheese. Do a smaller portion of macaroni and serve with vegetables for a more balanced meals. We paired it with sliced cherry tomatoes and diced green peppers and onions that were softened by sauteeing in olive oil on the stove.

Easy Toddler Lunch #6: Chickpea Pasta + Sautéed Tomatoes + Parmesan Cheese

We love using the chickpea pasta from Barilla (the only ingredient is chickpeas flour!) for R's dinners. This time, I cut the tomatoes in half and sautéed them in some olive oil while the pasta cooked until they softened. Then tossed them in with the pasta and dusted it all with parmesan for dinner in less than 15 minutes from start to finish.⁣

Lunch Idea for Toddler #7: Tomato Soup + Grilled Cheese

Who doesn't love a good grilled cheese? It takes just a couple of minutes to whip up (and tastes awesome) so it's an quick toddler lunch idea. We both like to use Canyon Bakehouse gluten free bread to make ours. Bonus that it's found at most large grocery chains!

Toddler Meal Idea #8: Kale Puffs + Colby Jack Cheese Snack Stick + Sautéed Mushrooms⁣

Another item I always have in my freezer are these dr. Praeger's kale puffs, which have only 8 ingredients. Pair these wiht a cheese snack stick from Target and sautéed mushrooms for a filling toddler lunch.

To sautée the mushrooms, melt 1 Tbsp butter in a pan. Add in your mushrooms on med heat and cook, stirring every every couple minutes. They'll be softened in about 5 minutes if you don't overcrowd the pan.

Easy Toddler Lunch #9: Pancetta + Peas Chickpea Pasta

To make this super easy meal, saute pancetta and peas until they are warm. Then add it to cooked spaghetti and top with a sprinkle of parmesan. We both love the Barilla chickpea spaghetti for the boys. This chickpea spaghetti has just one ingredient - chickpeas!
