The Free Babylist Welcome Box - What Do You Actually Get?

When I was pregnant the first time around with R, I didn’t use Babylist and didn’t know a lot of people who had, but it seems to be a very popular option now and I’ve heard more and more about it. When I was looking for my next registry box to check out, Babylist was at the top of my list. I had fun creating a baby registry on this site to get the Babylist Welcome Box and love some of the features!

If you aren’t familiar with Babylist, they not only have a Babylist store you can add items from, but it allows you to add items from other stores - like Target, Amazon and Walmart. When family/friends visit your registry, they’ll be able to see how each store prices the item they are buying. It’s such a fun concept that I hadn’t really utilized before so playing around in it was fun.

This was one of the last boxes I ordered, but it was definitely my favorite. I know there are people like me out there who want to see what these baby registry boxes REALLY looks like, so I’m here to share with you what I’ve been getting in each of these boxes. I’ve already covered the baby registry boxes from Amazon and Walmart. This week, let’s get into the - Babylist Welcome Box Review!

How to Get the Babylist Welcome Box:

Each registry has different requirements as to how you can qualify for the free baby registry box. For Babylist, you have to meet the following requirements.

  1. Create an account and registry on Babylist.com

  2. Add at least 3 items to your registry form the Babylist Shop and 3 items to your registry from other stores.

  3. Make a $20 purchase from the Babylist Shop.

  4. Verify address and pay $8.95 + tax for shipping

Is this box worth it? I can without a doubt say yes to this. While this box isn’t exactly “free” since you pay for shipping, the contents MORE than make up for it. The Babylist Welcome Box (aka Hello Baby Box) is by far my favorite I’ve received. On top of containing the most items, this box had such amazing brands included within the contents. I already love Monica + Andy, Burts Bees, FridaBaby, Palmers and Philips Avent. The Fridababy finger toothbrush included retails for $9 at Target, which means in just that one item, you’re getting your money’s worth. While the items will vary by box, it’s clear that Babylist includes quality brands and items that will actually be useful for you and your baby!
